2018 Meeting Registration Guidelines

New for this year, we will have a complete on-line registration process with no snail mail paper registrations.  All members, non-members, students and vendors will use the on-line registration.  You may pay by credit card for immediate payment or you may select the option to mail your check as payment.  ALL CHECKS MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, APRIL 3, 2018 so that checks are received and cleared before the meeting begins.   After completing the registration, you will see the address to mail your check.

For educational facilities:  please complete all of your students at the same time.  After completing one, it will ask if you have another person to be registered. Select yes and enter all your students.  When you are done, it will give you an option to print your receipt which will contain your amount due and where to mail the check. Please make the payee name exactly as stated due to banking regulation: MS Society for Clinical Laboratory Science.

For vendors:  you may also pay by credit card or select the option to mail your check (please make the payee name as MS Society for Clinical Laboratory Science).  We will need all vendors, however, to fill out a vendor sheet containing the names of the representatives that will be attending so that badges may be printed.
